The Everest Base Camp Trek

Trek Highlights:
Considered the best trekking adventure destination in the world, the Everest Base Camp offers unparalled, jaw-dropping views. Explore beautiful Sherpa villages with incredible landscapes such as Namche (trading capital of the region), Khumjung (largest village in the region with only secondary school & the home of late Sir Edmund Hillary’s school) and Tengboche (the home of ancient monastery and a spot to catch spectacular views of legendary Himalayan peaks). Experience the breathtaking views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Kwangde, Thamserku, and Cho Oyu. Traverse through Rhododendron and pine forests with blossoming colorful flowers in the spring. Continue onward towards Dudh Koshi River (milk river), Khunde/Pheriche Health Posts, and the Sherpa museum. Along your trek you will be joined by wildlife such as Nepal’s national bird (Impeyan Pheasant), musk deer, mountain goats, and yak. Enjoy delicious Nepalese food every day such as Momo (steam dumpling), re kur-potato bread, dal bhat, rice, spice lentil soup, and meat or vegetable spice curries. This trek has it all from astonishing views to authentic cultural experiences.
